This may seem obvious but a lot of programs are generic; I build programs for you and coach you !

A monthly rolling contract - cancel annytime.

While everyone knows results take time – you are under no contracts and can cancel at anytime.

Weekly Check-ins, monthly video consultation and continuous support.

A 1:1 training coaching program provides you with a customised strength & conditioning program and continuous coaching to help monitor and assist your progress.

1:1 Nutrition Coaching (+ Sample meal plan)

Weekly Check-ins, monthly video consultations and continuous support.

A 1:1 nutrition coaching program provides you with kcals/macros and continuous coaching to help monitor and assist your progress.

x2 Sample meal plans provided to illustrate a day of food intake based on your targets, lifestyle and preferences.

€160/month

1:1 Training & Nutrition Coaching (No Sample meal plan)

Weekly Check-ins, biweekly video consultations and continuous support.

A 1:1 nutrition coaching program provides you with kcals/macros and continuous coaching to help monitor and assist your progress.

Add sample meal plans (x2) after purchase for €50.

1:1 Training coaching programs provide you with training prescribed in phases based your goals, equipment availability and schedule.

Small Group Online Coaching
(3-4 people)

Weekly Check-ins, biweekly video group consultations and continuous support.

Includes:

  • Individual nutrition targets
  • Sample Meal plan
  • Group Strength & Conditioning Program (Individualised loads / intensity)
    • Can be done individually or as a group.
  • Weekly check-ins
  • 2 Video calls per month
